Our team can do virtually anything
We will cleanse your asset data, establish groupings and parent-child relationships. We will then apply relevant classifications and tags.
We will assign SFG20 Codes or your own maintenance instructions and frequencies. We will then intelligently schedule all PPM tasks.
If your Building was built in BIM, we will extract data from the BIM model and integrate it with our CAFM system, including 3D visualisation.
In addition to passing external courses, our Authorised Persons undergo additional Vertex internal assessment and certification.
We provide full Health & Safety guidance and support to our operational teams. We also keep stats on incidents and near misses.

We train and assess our High Voltage Authorised Persons to work on up to 33,000 Volts. Our Authorising Engineer's role is to ensure that safety and standards are kept high. Our Low Voltage Authorised Persons only work on up to 1,000 Volts. The LVAP's also undergo rigorous training and assessment as part of our Vertex safety culture.
When our Authorised Persons carry out switching operations on our client premises, they do so under our Electrical Safety Rules which fall in line with Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
One thing that sets Vertex apart from our competitors is that we utilise the CAFM system in a much better way. We use Asset classifications and tagging that allows us to get invaluable data insights. We then use this data to drive our decision making. Our clients love our CAFM dashboards that show them Asset and Contractor performance in real time.
We are pioneers in the integration of BIM models with our CAFM system, Concept Evolution. Our clients are benefiting from 3D visualisations of Assets from our CAFM system.

Our experienced and competent SHEQ Manager is appointed to help Vertex meet our health and safety legal duties. This is done by upholding our Health & Safety Policy. Our people are our most valuable assets, that is why their wellbeing is at the highest of our priorities. We ensure that our clients' premises are risk assessed. We also provide training and information to our staff working in those premises. The SHEQ Manager and our Managers consult our people, and make sure that they have the right PPE and workplace facilities. Any near misses, incidents and injuries are reported via our established channel.
