I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Rebecca for several years. At the Royal Museums Greenwich, we were introduced during tender clarification meetings, which Rebecca delivered, and subsequently winning, on the mobilisation piece. Mobilisation was a key factor for the museum as a previous contract had failed due to poor delivery from mobilisation. Rebecca led the mobilisation with meticulous detail, clear expectations, and communication, and with a flexible approach balancing the operational requirements against asset development. Tracking was to a granular level detail but never felt overwhelming, due to Rebecca’s leadership. As the client representative, I felt assured that key items would not be forgotten, that RMG focuses would be met and exceeded. Rebecca’s approach shaped the early days and is still visible in the standards expected from all the Estate’s contracts, 3 plus years in. Rebecca continues to exceed expectations by taking on the additional roles within the company. The development of the Innovation and Risk meetings shaped director level reporting, building a strong relationship from the top down. Rebecca leads by engaging teams, setting the requirements, and clearly outlining the strategy for delivery.

I have seen her progress her career from Contract Support Administrator to the current level of Mobilisation Director. In terms of interaction with clients, she has great communication skills and demonstrates integrity, empathy, and a desire to help them mobilise a contract so that at “go live” there are no issues, and the clients feel that we are a trusted partner and have delivered on our day one commitments.
